Table Painted with Annie Sloan Chalk Paint – Florence

When Annie Sloan announced that she would be introducing a new limited addition color called Florence, I couldn’t wait to try it.
Meet Florence. It is a beautiful blue/green color similar to turquoise.
I had a side table that was it bit scratched which I thought would be perfect for painting.
I gave it two coats of Florence and then I sanded it with 220 grit paper.  It got a coat of clear wax followed by dark wax.
It’s a very pretty color.
I’ve been taking it easy this holiday week enjoying time with family and friends.

so cute! I clicked in because I’ve been bidding on that exact fan on an online auction! I love it but I think the price has gone above what I want to spend! 🙁 I might just have to admire it in your vignettes instead! 🙂
