Easy Appetizer: Brie with Mango Chutney and Bacon

Easy Appetizer: Brie with Mango Chutney and Bacon

I went to an open house at a local wine and cheese shop called Sandy’s Provisions and this was one of the appetizers served. It was so delicious. I asked our host if she would share the recipe. She laughed as she told me how easy it was to make. Brie topped with mango chutney and bacon then heated in the microwave.  It tasted amazing … buttery cheese, with sweet and tangy chutney, topped with bacon. It doesn’t get much better than that. I made it as an appetizer for my son’s birthday party last weekend and it did not disappoint.

My kind of “cooking” – easy & quick! Pinned it just now, thanks!

Mmmm, sounds delicious! I just made chutney for the first time this year. The recipe I used didn’t turn out that well, so I have work to do. This looks fantastic! ~Angela~
