Revamp Your Kitchen with Home Depot

One of my goals this summer is to give our kitchen a little budget friendly update by adding a tile back splash. My go-to home improvement store for ideas is our local Home Depot. Did you know they have designers that can help you with all your kitchen updating needs?

Below is a short video by Home Depot that explains all the different options they have available including cabinet replacement, refacing, and refinishing. I love Home Depot because they have quality ideas for all budget levels.

Be sure to check out the video below and see why Home Depot is my go-to place for home improvement!

I can’t wait to see the tile back splash you choose! I wish I had chosen subway tile instead of a stone back splash for a more timeless look.

I went with home depot for our kitchen remodel 2 yrs. ago. I have a tiny kitchen, one counter top and sink area. Then across from that I had a cabinet installed to add more cabinets for pots and pans and cabinets above with a microwave cabinet above the small cabinet built to the right of the stove. It took six months, I had to get a hold of the CEO of Home Depot and just shy of a wk. before Christmas it was completed. I started the remodel in June . What was the problem Communication with Home Depot, I wrote down everything, they did blue prints and turned in several errors. And we had to pay for the remodel areas they goofed. My kitchen is only 80 sq feet. So I would say go with Home Depot , do your homework like I did, and double check every paper they have written down, and before they order anything, have them call you and go into the store and double check their paper work to make sure everything is correct. I do have a lovely kitchen from Home Depot , I ordered my granite from a local company and had to be pay a little more than what I had paid down at Home Depot ( they sent the Granite Co wrong measurements) But it was worth the extra money . Home Depot never shared the raw underside of the cabinets are not finished like the microwave cabinet. When they were installed cream colored unfinished wood could be seen from my liv. rm an dn.rm. So we had to pay and have molding put around the edges of the cabinets. And above the stove I put down in writing no hood, they turned into the cabinet makers hood to be added. So I have a high cabinet where I have to use a stool. I also had to pay to have the same wood as the cabinets put on the underside of the stove cabinets. I would be cooking and looking at raw wood. So It was a challenge but I am pleased it is done.
